1. Call or write to Mrs Annette Cameron to place a provisional booking which will be held for one week.

2. On confirmation that the flat will be available, send 50% deposit for each week booked by return of post.

3. Our confirmation of booking and final invoice will be sent within ten days.

4. Keys location, directions and other information will be sent one week prior to your arrival.

1. Tenancy commences from 16.00hrs on day of arrival and terminates at 10.00hrs on day of departure.

2. The client agrees to leave the property and contents in the same condition as it was on their arrival.

3. The owners do not accept any liability in conditions of, flood, riot, war, strikes, sickness, or accident of the client or any members of the client's party. No liability is accepted for loss or damage by a third party. Baggage is at the owner's risk at all times.

4. Clients must report any breakage or damage to the property directly to the owner (Mrs Annette Cameron).

5. Payment of 50% of the appropriate tariff is to be received to secure a booking and the balance to be paid not later than four weeks prior to the arrival date.

6. Cancellations - 50% of deposit is refundable if bookings are cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to arrival. Full deposit is non refundable after this time.
